Laramie Amateur Hockey Club is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to teaching the game of ice hockey to Laramie area children from the ages of 4 to 19.  The organization has no paid staff so all sponsorship money goes toward keeping rates low so that more kids have this opportunity available to them.  The majority of revenue is obtained from player registration fees and community-based sponsorships and donations.  The registration fees cover ice time which is rented from the City of Laramie.  In order to keep rates low, all other financial obligations such as association dues, referee fees, equipment, and tournament fees are met through sponsors, donations, and other fundraising efforts.

Laramie Amateur Hockey Club is registered with, and participates in conjunction with, USA Hockey, and the Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA).

Laramie Amateur Hockey Club and its volunteer board members and coaches are committed to offering a well-organized, safe opportunity to participate in ice hockey.  We believe that providing hockey to the youth of the Laramie area gives them an opportunity to develop physical skills, get exercise, improve hockey skills, make friends, have fun, learn to play as a member of a team, learn to play fair, and improve self-esteem.   The lessons learned during youth sports will shape values and behaviors for adult life.  Our desire is to make hockey available and affordable to every child with a desire to play hockey.  We desire to partner with you to make this possible.

Laramie Amateur Hockey Club brings families into the community with every game.  As a sponsor of our club, your business will be seen by hundreds of Wyoming families as they come to Laramie for games.  As families come to Laramie for games, an overnight stay results in at least $200.00 in expenditures per family, all of which boosts the local economy.  Laramie merchants of all types, including motels, gas stations, restaurants, downtown shops and many others benefit greatly from those that come to Laramie to participate in our youth hockey programs.
